A user is defined as one personalised email address you@yourcompany or you@emailcompany. First user will be the account Admin and can add other users of the team in Business Plus and Enterprise plan using Manage User feature from the Settings panel.
One credit includes validation reports for Formula check and Claim validation along with Label template draft for a particular product composition.

Formulex may be required to charge VAT, GST, and other taxes on your subscription in accordance with local laws and regulations. Some jurisdictions do not require VAT/GST to be charged if the purchaser is registered for VAT/GST. To cancel the Bulk plan, please write to contact@formulex.in. To cancel a trial, follow the same step. You can cancel at any time during the 30-day trial period. If you cancel on or before your trial expiration date, your account will not be charged.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your Bulk plan at any time by writing email to contact@formulex.in . Your data will be stored if you wish to use our services again, or we can delete all of your records upon your request.
No questions asked, refund will be made within 3 working days after deducting amount as per the credit(s) usage.
Refund calculation will be made on the Base price/ credit of the respective edition.
A pay-as-you-go plan is ideal for individuals and businesses that are starting up or have small number of products. PAYG credits do not expire, so you can use them at your own pace. One product compliance check one credit deducted. You still get all of our great features and services, however they do not include phone support in Business edition. It is still possible to easily buy more credits or shift to Bulk plan at anytime though.
